At Pibotix, our starting point is a simple idea: intelligence should be able to participate in the physical world.

That idea is captured in three words: Perceive. Reason. Act. Together, they describe the connection we want to explore: understanding an environment, deciding what comes next, and bringing that decision into motion.

First, understand the world.

Perception is the beginning of that connection. Before a machine can interact meaningfully with its surroundings, it needs to make sense of what is there. Objects, movement, space and context all matter. Our question begins with understanding: what does a machine need to perceive to take a useful next step?

Then, connect understanding to intention.

Reasoning gives perception a direction. It connects what is understood with a possible action. We see perception and reasoning as parts of a continuous process, with each informing the other.

That is why our focus on physical AI brings these ideas together. An action changes the world around it. That change becomes something to perceive, understand and respond to again.

Make intelligence tangible.

Action is where this connection becomes visible. It is the moment an intention takes physical form. For Pibotix, “intelligence embodied in action” is both a guiding idea and a question to keep returning to as the work develops.

Our design ambition follows the same principle. Physical intelligence should feel considered and approachable: clear in its interactions, purposeful in its movement and at home in the spaces people use.

We will use this space to share perspectives and updates as there is work ready to discuss. Our Research page introduces the questions guiding that direction.

Because intelligence must move.
